Senior .NET Application Architect/Programmer with State Govt Exp - HYBRID (CURRENT SC, NC,/GA Resident & willing to relocate to SC) - W2 Only

This assignment is for maintenance, support, and development of interfaces between the SCDMV Phoenix core business system and a commercial off the shelf (COTS) Motor Carrier System, Celtic developed and provided by I3 Verticals.

This position will require CJIS information security certification which SCDMV will sponsor. Candidates must be able to work independently. Excellent communications skills are required.

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Monitor and analyze the interfaces between Celtic and Phoenix systems to ensure

·       Take the lead in analyzing and trouble-shooting assigned system problems

·       Propose solutions

·       Code, test, promote, and interact with impacted users ensuring that solution meets requirements.

·       Production support for the Celtic – Phoenix interfaces and close collaboration with I3 Verticals to resolve issues

·       Provide daily and weekly status to the development manager and business manager

Required Skills

·       8+ Years of Experience with Microsoft .NET architecture and programming

·       8+ Years of Experience with MS Web Service Architecture and Programming

·       8+ Years of Experience with Business-To-Business Web Service Interface Architecture

·       5+ Years of Experience with Visual Studio 2019 and up

·       8+ Years of Experience with .NET, C#.NET, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools

·       8+ Years of Experience with Application Programming Against RDBMS SQL

·       8+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)

·       7+ Years of Experience with State Government

·       Collaboration with business units and external vendors focused on keeping mission critical business systems operational, resolving issues, and coordinating between release cycles and vendor release cycles.
