With a clear vision for bringing scalable fitness concepts to market, we support over 150 franchisees and serve more than 450,000 members across the German-speaking region, offering diverse studio concepts to meet various market needs. The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio as an entrepreneur. • Manage all aspects of studio operations including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your studio staff. • Implement local marketing strategies to drive member acquisition. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement the brand's quality standards. What You'll Need • Personal equity investment of €25,000 to €75,000. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Proven leadership and teamwork skills. • A strong drive to build and grow your own business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, service, management, or sales; career changers are welcome. • A passion for fitness, health, and working with people.
