Our facilities near Kiel provide comprehensive inpatient, day clinic, and outpatient services, supported by approximately 250 dedicated staff members. The Role • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for geriatric patients, adapting treatments to their functional capabilities. • Focus on promoting patient self-efficacy and maximizing independence in daily activities. • Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other therapists to ensure holistic patient care. • Primarily based in Eckernförde, with occasional support needed at our Rendsburg branch. What You'll Need • Completed qualification as a Physiotherapist (m/f/d). • Desirable: Additional qualification in manual lymphatic drainage. • Ability to work independently and creatively to develop individual therapy plans. • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment. • High level of empathy and compassion when working with patients.
