Project Manager – Residential Groundworks &amp; Infrastructure Location: Littleport<br />Rate: £350–£400 per day CIS<br />Duration: 2-Year Project with Ongoing Opportunities We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor on a brand-new 300-unit residential development. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a major project from the outset, overseeing the delivery of groundworks, roads and sewers, while working closely with the site team and client. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the project.
• Leading Site Managers and Engineers.
• Working closely with Quantity Surveyors.
• Attending weekly progress meetings with the senior management team and the client.
• Coordinating site operations to ensure programme and quality targets are achieved.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety throughout the project. Requirements To be considered, you should have:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential groundworks and civil engineering.
• Experience delivering 2–3 similar-sized housing developments.
• Strong knowledge of roads, sewers and infrastructure packages.
• Previous experience working on volume housebuilding projects.
• Must have qualifications SMSTS, CSCS Gold or Black Card and First Aid qualifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills. What's on Offer?
