Salesforce Developer (Only W2)

Job Description:

·        We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that support business operations and customer-facing processes.

·        The successful candidate will work closely with business analysts, administrators, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

·        Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and assist in developing technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

·        Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations, enhancements, and integrations.

·        Build and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard platform capabilities.

·        Support integrations with internal and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·        Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality controls. Participate in system testing, defect resolution, and release deployments.

·        Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, and support materials. Assist with Salesforce platform upgrades, enhancements, and environment management activities.

·        Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support as needed. Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

·        Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support CI/CD deployment processes. Qualifications Required 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

·        Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and SOQL.

·        Experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs. Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD tools such as Copado.

·        Understanding of Salesforce security models, including roles, profiles, and permission sets. Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard development.

·        Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·        Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Required Certification Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. Salesforce Administrator certification. Salesforce App Builder certification.
