Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including experience delivering complex enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce eCommerce implementations or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities including Flow, Dynamic Forms, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards, Security Model, and Data Management.
• Experience working with multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce eCommerce (B2B Commerce).
• Experience documenting business processes using flow diagrams, process maps, and functional specifications.
