Facets Developer

We are looking for an experienced Facets Developer with strong healthcare payer domain expertise to design, develop, customize, and support applications on the TriZetto Facets platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with core Facets modules, healthcare claims processing, SQL/PLSQL development, and system integrations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in TriZetto Facets.
• Strong experience in Healthcare Payer domain.
• Hands-on experience with Facets modules:
  • Claims
  • Membership
  • Provider
  • Billing
  • Benefits
  • Enrollment
  • Workflow
• Strong knowledge of Claims Adjudication, Pricing, Eligibility, and Benefits.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, and/or SQL Server.
• Experience developing and supporting Facets customizations, interfaces, and extensions.
• Experience with Facets data model and batch processing.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare EDI transactions:
  • 834
  • 835
  • 837
  • 276/277
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Experience with production support, issue troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET or Java.
• Knowledge of Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Facets upgrades and migrations.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance.
• Exposure to SSIS and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
