  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) and Quality Engineering solutions.
  • Define testing strategies, automation frameworks, governance standards, and best practices across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain scalable test automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Postman, and GitLab CI/CD.
  • Architect and optimize Test Data Management capabilities including data masking, virtualization, and synthetic data generation.
  • Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to improve software quality and delivery.
  • Drive CI/CD integration, continuous testing, and shift-left testing initiatives across enterprise applications.
  • Evaluate and implement modern Quality Engineering technologies, including AI-assisted testing and intelligent automation.
  • Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring for enterprise testing and automation initiatives.
  • Required: 8+ years of experience in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, or Test Data Management with strong expertise in Agile and DevOps.
  • Experience with Delphix, GitLab, SmartBear Zephyr, REST Assured, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and regulated enterprise environments is highly preferred.
