The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop and implement data-driven business plans and strategic tactics to maximize sales performance within the territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and organizational goals. • Gather market insights, map account dynamics, and leverage therapeutic knowledge to identify and prioritize opportunities. • Effectively communicate product value, handle objections, and drive changes in prescribing behavior. • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience. • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and apply complex clinical and product information. • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and outstanding communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate. • Must reside within 40 miles of territory boundaries (Madison, Janesville, Beloit, LaCrosse, Eau Claire). • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
