Senior Staff Lead Radar Integration & Test Engineer | East Syracuse, NY, United States | Remote | $115,700-$150,500
We're hiring for a leading defense and security company known for its enduring mission to enhance national safety and security through advanced technological solutions. The Role
• Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Lead complex integration activities and the development of test environments and tools.
• Provide technical and programmatic guidance to internal and external customers.
• Mentor and coach less-experienced engineers, fostering technical growth within the team.
• Contribute to the adoption of new design and development approaches to enhance quality and speed of implementation.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering.
• Proven experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Demonstrated background in Radar systems, including software and hardware integration and test.
• Hands-on experience with Radar Systems and proficiency in C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware.
• Experience with MATLAB for tool development and systems analysis.
