About YouIn one of our professional roles, you'll focus on delivering impactful learning solutions while putting inclusivity, accessibility, and learner experience at the centre. In this role, you will design and develop high-quality learning experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and learning outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Capability Partners and stakeholders to define learning strategies, apply instructional design best practices, and enable consistent, engaging learning programs globally. You will also leverage measurement frameworks such as Kirkpatrick's Levels of Evaluation to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. It starts with YOU.
Job responsibilities- Develop learning content outlines and storyboards based on inputs from Capability Partners, ensuring clear learning objectives.
- Create eLearning modules, visual elements, and multimedia assets for courses and learning journeys.
- Design engaging and easy-to-follow employee resources (job aids, PDFs, course materials, brochures, etc.).
- Test and maintain learning content library for accuracy, relevance, and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with talent strategy.
- Curate and align eLearning content with program objectives in partnership with Instructional Designers and Capability Partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, E-learning, or Digital Content Development (mandatory/strongly preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in digital content development (preferably in learning/training environments).
- Strong understanding of instructional design fundamentals and ability to simplify complex content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail in content review, testing, and learner experience.
- Working knowledge of LMS and learning authoring tools.
- Ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to adapt messaging across audiences.
- Organizational awareness and ability to navigate complexity and drive outcomes.
- Business and data acumen to support decision-making and measure learning impact.
- Strong accountability and project ownership mindset.
