Your skills

• Entry-level experience or up to 2 years in IT support, help desk, or desktop support
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and end-user systems
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between client sites
• Understanding of basic hardware components and peripherals
• Ability to follow processes, document work, and learn quickly
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• This role is an Hourly Non- Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 USD, based on experience and skillsets.

Your tasks

The Desktop Support Analyst provides advanced technical support to end users across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops, and enterprise applications. This role serves as the escalation point for Level 1 support and is responsible for resolving complex technical issues in both physical desktop and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.

The technician works closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to diagnose and resolve incidents while delivering excellent customer service to business users within a regulated financial services environment.
