Job Description

Jr Scrum Master

Location - Washington, D.C (Hybrid 3 days in office at client location)

Full Time with Hexaware

Experience needed 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to support effective sprint execution and delivery.
  • Identify and help remove impediments that impact the team's ability to achieve sprint goals.
  • Promote Agile principles, Scrum best practices, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers and facilitate timely resolution.
  • Work closely with business and technology stakeholders within the Private Equity / financial services environment.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and financial-domain stakeholders.
  • Support backlog refinement and ensure the team has clarity around priorities and deliverables.
  • Coach team members on Agile practices and encourage a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
