The Role • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience from arrival to departure. • Manage check-in and check-out processes, handle reservations, and provide local recommendations. • Respond to guest inquiries efficiently and courteously via phone, email, and in person. • Collaborate with team members in a shift-based environment, ensuring smooth handovers. • Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to maintain operational standards and guest satisfaction.
