Facilities and Utilities Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Facilities and Utilities Engineer for our successful client who is a leading global Medical Device/Pharmaceutical manufacturing company. You will be leading projects and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of critical site utilities and infrastructure, Key Responsibilities: Manage utilities including HVAC, compressed air, steam, water and electrical systems. Lead engineering projects from concept to commissioning. Support equipment installations and site development projects. Ensure compliance with CDM and health & safety regulations. Coordinate contractors and develop maintenance strategies. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role. Proven experience managing engineering projects and working within CDM regulations.
