Description of Work & Skills Desired

The Business Analyst will be pivotal in overseeing the accuracy and documentation of final reports submitted by vendors. This position entails a detailed analysis, approval, or rejection of Asbestos department reports to ensure they meet established standards. The role also involves effective management and tracking of asbestos vendor reports.

Tasks/ Duties

• Microsoft Power Automate and Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong computer literacy and analytical skills; Microsoft SQL; IBM Maximo (preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Experience in process improvement, workflow automation, reporting, and data analysis.

• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Microsoft SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Maximo experience is not required but is a strong advantage.
• Power Automate is also preferred, and experience with strong analytical skills and Power BI experience is required.
