Full Stack AI/ML Engineer – Longterm  | Fort Mill, SC – Hybrid

We’re looking for a highimpact AI/ML Engineer who can build real, productionready AI features—not just prototypes. You’ll work across the stack using React, Python, LLMs, RAG, Cloud, APIs, and modern engineering practices to deliver enterprisegrade AI solutions.

What You’ll Work On

• 13+ years of Experience

• Build and deploy AI-powered features and agentic workflows for large-scale enterprise apps

• Develop RAG pipelines, improve grounding, and boost LLM response accuracy

• Create scalable APIs, backend services, and production ML pipelines

• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and model benchmarking

• Optimize systems for performance, latency, scalability, reliability, and cost

• Collaborate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile teams

• Explore emerging AI tech and help shape next-gen enterprise AI capabilities

What You Bring

• Strong experience building AI/ML applications in production

• Deep Python skills + hands-on API development

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and ML model deployment

• Familiarity with React or modern front-end frameworks

• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring
