Oracle Field Service Cloud - Functional Lead / Senior Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) Functional Lead / Senior Consultant to support Oracle CX Field Service implementations and transformation initiatives. The candidate will independently drive functional design, configuration, business workshops, scheduling/debrief processes, testing, training, and business adoption for field service operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud and the ability to translate field-service business requirements into scalable OFS solutions.

Experience

• 7-12 years of overall experience in Oracle CX / Field Service.
• Location: Noida, Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai and Coimbatore.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Minimum 1-2 full-cycle Oracle Field Service / OFS implementations.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design and configuration for Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Conduct and support business requirement workshops, CRP, SIT, and UAT activities.
• Configure OFS based on business requirements and field-service processes.
• Support cutover planning, readiness activities, go-live, and hyper-care.
• Analyze business processes and recommend appropriate OFS configurations and improvements.
• Identify potential adoption challenges and support business users during implementation.
• Own the creation and maintenance of Oracle Field Service training documentation and user guides.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting during testing and post-go-live phases.

• Resources and resource structures
• Capacity and capacity management
• Routing and scheduling
• Quotas
• Calendars and working hours
• Activity types and activity management
• Mobility and field technician workflows
• Technician assignment and dispatch processes
• Debriefing
• Activity completion and status updates
• Field service execution and operational workflows
• Configuration of OFS to support real-world field operations

Integration Knowledge

• Good understanding of OFS integrations with JDE ERP or other ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively with technical/integration teams.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and middleware touchpoints.
• Understanding of downstream transactions, debrief updates, and integration-driven status/transaction updates.
• Ability to analyze functional requirements related to inbound and outbound OFS integrations.

Candidate Profile / Fitment

The candidate should be able to demonstrate practical experience through examples, including:

• Previous OFS solution and design decisions.
• Complex scheduling and routing challenges and how they were addressed.
• Debriefing and activity-completion challenges.
• Configuration decisions made to support field technicians and business operations.
• Business adoption risks encountered during implementation and how they were mitigated.
• Experience managing functional discussions with business stakeholders.
• Experience working across functional and technical teams to deliver OFS solutions.

Certification

• Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification is preferred
