The Role

• Analyze and develop future network schedules to maximize profitability.
• Improve flight timings and increase aircraft and network utilization.
• Optimize market selection for aircraft size through creative scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Network Planning, Crew Planning, and Operations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for operational groups involved in scheduling.
• Represent Network Planning in interactions with various stakeholders and management.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Airline Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in airline Network Planning/Scheduling, Revenue Management, or Financial Analysis.
• Proficiency in analytical problem-solving within a dynamic environment.
• Ability to leverage an understanding of airline commercial strategy to drive results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with airline networks and network economics is preferred.
