PET-Xi are expanding our Restart Scheme team in Leamington Spa, and we're looking for an experienced Employment Coach who's passionate about helping people change their lives.

What you'll be doing :

• Coaching participants 1:1 to help them move closer to work

• Creating tailored action plans that drive real progress

• Delivering job-search support, CV workshops, and interview prep

• Building strong employer relationships to open up opportunities

• Managing a busy caseload and meeting achievable targets

What you'll bring :

• Previous experience in an employability or similar coaching role is essential

• A natural ability to motivate, support, and build trust

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach

• Confidence working with diverse participants and varied barriers
