The Role • Analyze key performance indicators, conduct statistical evaluations, and derive actionable strategies for nursing development. • Initiate, plan, and lead nursing working groups and projects to drive continuous improvement. • Maintain hands-on involvement in direct patient care to stay connected to clinical practice. • Prepare, conduct, and evaluate internal nursing audits based on expert and internal standards. • Develop, manage, and maintain quality management documentation, providing support to the Head of Nursing Services. • Plan, organize, and evaluate internal training sessions, document scientifically relevant nursing activities, and contribute to public relations. What You'll Need • Completed three-year nursing education with relevant professional experience and a nursing-related degree (e.g., Nursing Science, Advanced Practice Nursing). • Advanced competencies in statistics, data collection, and data processing. • Aptitude for concept development and practical application of nursing science findings. • Experience in quality management and implementation of quality standards in a nursing environment. • Strong collaborative, organizational, teamwork, and flexibility skills for interdisciplinary work. • Proven experience in designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs.
