Vitamin/HBA Manager

Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Vitamin/HBA Manager to lead our vitamins, supplements, and health/beauty section. You'll oversee merchandising, inventory, and ordering; train and schedule team members; and ensure a clean, organized, and engaging department that reflects Sprouts' focus on natural, organic, and wellness products. You'll provide knowledgeable product guidance, deliver outstanding customer service, and meet sales and margin goals. Collaborate with store leadership, support promotions, and help educate customers and staff on healthy living and Sprouts' offerings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the vitamin and HBA department
• Manage merchandising, displays, and planogram execution
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels and ordering
• Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service and product guidance
• Train, schedule, and coach department team members
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized department environment
• Track sales, margins, and shrink to meet store goals
• Partner with store leadership to support promotions and events
• Educate staff and customers on natural, organic, and wellness products
• Uphold Sprouts' standards for quality, freshness, and compliance
