Required Skills:
- 3+ years of Desktop/Application Support experience
- Strong PC, Laptop & Mobile Device Support
- Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Exchange Online, Active Directory & Azure AD
- Windows OS and end-user support
- Mandatory experience supporting users in a BioPharma/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences environment
- ITSM ticketing experience (Freshservice/ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills
