Job Description

Description:

KVCAP is looking for a full time, positive, energetic person to join their Human Resources team. This person will be responsible for recruiting, scheduling and conducting interviews, and all other aspects of hiring and onboarding for all departments within KVCAP. This person will also provide support to other HR team members.

Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • 5-7 years of office experience required, human resources preferred
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and practices
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong written and organizational skills a must
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and successfully meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills and aptitude, including Word and Excel
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have use of a vehicle insured to State of Maine requirements
  • Must be able to meet requirements of agency & State Child Care Licensing regulations for background checks and physical exams


Education Requirements:

  • Associates degree in business or a related field, and/or experience as indicated above.




Compensation details: 24.46-28.74 Hourly Wage
