Java Developer (W2 Role)

Interview Locations :- Face 2 Face in Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX , / New Jersey

Job Location :- Charlotte, NC Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Ensure application security, scalability, and compliance with banking standards
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver high-quality code

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Hands-on with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA
• Experience with databases like Oracle or SQL Server
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
• Experience in banking/financial domain
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
