SearchX is seeking a Head of Software Engineering in Bedfordshire with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in the office. You will take charge of the software engineering strategy across digital and data products, leading a team of engineers and introducing modern engineering practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background and must be adept at managing engineering teams. The role offers an attractive salary between £100,000 - £110,000 plus up to a 25% bonus.
