Coffee Machine Engineer | Field-Based | Full-Time

Salary: £34,000 per annum + Weekend Overtime opportunities

We're recruiting for a skilled Coffee Machine Engineer to join a successful technical services team, providing installation, servicing and repair support across a diverse customer base.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Coffee Machine Engineer who enjoys working independently, solving technical problems and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Coffee Machine Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial and domestic coffee machines, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission commercial and domestic coffee machines to manufacturer standards.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on espresso, bean-to-cup and vending equipment.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, replacing components where required.
• Respond promptly to service call-outs to minimise customer disruption.
• Deliver professional customer training on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate service records using CRM and field service systems.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and service partners when additional support or parts are required.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience repairing and maintaining commercial or domestic coffee machines.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Good knowledge of espresso, bean-to-cup and vending systems.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Desirable

• Previous field service engineering experience.
• Electrical qualifications such as PAT Testing or 18th Edition.
• Experience using CRM or field service reporting systems.
