Workday Financials Project Manager

This role involves leading the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials, from planning through deployment. You will manage project plans and budgets while serving as the central contact for stakeholders. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure user adoption and effective change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials, ensuring all phases from planning to deployment are executed effectively.
• Manage project plans and budgets, serving as the primary contact for stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Direct integration and data migration workstreams, ensuring compliance is embedded in the solution design.
• Facilitate change management activities and lead testing initiatives to support user adoption and training.
• Coordinate cutover planning and go-live execution, maintaining risk and issue processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years of direct project experience with Workday Financials, demonstrating hands-on implementation skills.
• A solid understanding of core financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and procurement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, showcasing strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for engaging with stakeholders and team members.
