Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Marketing Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support business goals and strategic initiatives.
2. Create and manage marketing content, communications, and promotional materials across digital channels.
3. Coordinate marketing activities, including event planning, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement.
4. Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and recommend improvements to optimize results.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	10+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing strategy, and event marketing.
Technical Skills	Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Content Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Email Marketing, Event Management, Microsoft Office, CRM Tools
Business / Domain Skills	Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Stakeholder Management, Event Planning, Project Coordination, Marketing Communications
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience managing enterprise digital marketing campaigns and integrated marketing programs.
2. Experience supporting large-scale marketing events and executive stakeholder communications.
3. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
