Product Marketing Assistant

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Support Product Managers and Sales in their daily efforts to grow product line sales and margins. • Handle immediate and necessary functions and tasks for Product Managers to service internal customers including sales managers, inside/outside sales, and product managers. • Process standard price and delivery requests, supplier contract loading, maintenance, renewals, and updates. • Manage cross-reference requests, sample requests, part loading on the system, and literature requests. • Respond to supplier print and specification requests, and conduct distributor stock checks/part searches. • Learn to use Quote Accelerator quoting functions and administer the opportunity tracker. What You'll Need • High school diploma or GED, with 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee). • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including proficiency in Excel. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage time effectively, meet goals, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
