Location:Minneapolis

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Cloud & Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega Cloud, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Next-Best-Action (NBA), and cloud-native architecture. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design enterprise-grade Pega applications on Pega Cloud.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Pega CDH solutions, including Next-Best-Action (NBA), Decision Strategies, Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM), and Customer Profile Designer.
  • Define solution architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.
  • Lead cloud migration, deployment strategy, and production releases.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, DevOps, and application teams to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Design secure integrations using REST/SOA services and enterprise messaging platforms.
  • Drive architecture reviews, code quality, governance, and best practices.
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Pega.
  • Strong expertise in Pega Infinity and Pega Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
