The Role • Build and lead your own EASYFITNESS studio. • Manage all aspects of business operations, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Drive team leadership, motivation, and employee development. • Execute local marketing strategies to acquire and retain members. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Own capital investment ranging from €25,000 to €75,000. • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Proven leadership skills and the capacity to work effectively in a team. • High motivation to establish and grow your own business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, service industries, management, or sales (cross-industry candidates are welcome). • A passion for fitness, health, and working with people.
