Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring a dynamic Sales & Development Head to drive B2B enterprise growth in international markets (US/UK), focusing heavily on AI Data Services and Analytics. You will own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from pipeline strategy to closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute global B2B sales strategies to expand our international footprint.
- Manage the complete sales funnel: prospecting, proposals, and closing enterprise deals.
- Achieve revenue targets and mentor the business development team.
Requirements
- Mandatory: 10-12 years in Tech Sales with 2-3 years in AI Data Services/Analytics.
- Proven track record in US/UK client acquisition and high-value deal closure.
- Location: Must reside within 15 km of Noida Sector 59.
- Availability: Immediate joiner preferred (Day shift/flexible, 2 Saturdays off).
