Team Leader - Applications & Enrolments (Student Experience)

Mater Education is seeking a Team Leader - Application & Enrolments to guide the Applications and Enrolments team at our South Brisbane campus. You will lead, coach and develop staff, ensuring efficient application and enrolment workflows with a strong focus on a superior student experience.

You will report to the Operations Manager and balance hands on leadership with strategic process improvements while supporting compliance and stakeholder collaboration across the business.
