The Role • Develop, monitor, and update hygiene and disinfection plans to ensure consistent implementation. • Provide consultations and training on hygiene-related topics to staff, patients, and relatives. • Conduct hygiene inspections and evaluate hygienic-technical and microbiological examinations to ensure continuous quality assurance. • Support infection control by tracking nosocomial infections and contributing to outbreak management. • Advise on construction projects and collaborate interdisciplinarily across departments. • Implement and introduce new hygienic procedures and products. What You'll Need • Completed medical training with at least 2 years of relevant experience. • Completed specialized training as a Hygienefachkraft, or willingness to complete it. • Proficient PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and ORBIS for documentation. • Strong expertise, social and communication skills, organizational talent, and assertiveness. • Ability to work independently, responsibly, under pressure, and as part of a team.
