Senior Technical Project Manager (11+ Years Experience)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with 11+ years of experience leading enterprise IT projects and delivering high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to successful deployment while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software, cloud, and digital transformation projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprint execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, KPIs, and communicate status to leadership.
  • Manage project governance, release planning, and production deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, quality standards, and organizational best practices.
  • Mentor project teams and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 11+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects.
  • Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices, and SDLC.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
