The Role • Providing expert technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle for building services. • Managing the selection and engagement of specialist sub-contractors from a trusted supply chain. • Overseeing the commissioning process and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements. • Reviewing technical submittals from sub-contractors with meticulous attention to detail. • Conducting regular inspections to ensure installation quality meets high standards. • Compiling and presenting project supervision reports to the Technical Director. What You'll Need • Proven experience in a similar building services management position. • Familiarity with main contracting environments and managing specialist sub-contract partners. • Experience delivering large Building Services packages valued at £5M+. • Strong collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. • A track record of ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. • Experience working on projects for the Department for Education is desirable.
