Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Analyst to support and enhance ERP solutions for our global wholesale trade operations. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Oracle ERP modules, develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL objects, and optimize end-to-end processes across finance, supply chain, and distribution. In this performance-driven and collaborative environment, you'll support implementations, integrations, reporting, and production issues while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation across our global technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into Oracle ERP solutions for finance, supply chain, and distribution
• Configure Oracle ERP modules to support wholesale trade processes and operational efficiency
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot PL/SQL objects, reports, and integrations with surrounding systems
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning for Oracle ERP environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and documentation of new ERP features and changes
• Partner with global stakeholders to ensure solutions align with Arrow's standards and strategic roadmap
