The Role • Drive growth and profitability within the HVAC Service business by establishing and expanding customer relationships. • Focus on selling renewable maintenance agreements and identifying new project opportunities. • Manage an assigned geographic territory, collaborating closely with local branch sales and operations teams. • Utilize sales tools to track progress, identify new opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets. • Develop and implement territory marketing plans and actively participate in industry events. What You'll Need • Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales with a track record of success. • Strong aptitude for technical knowledge and exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent presentation and communication skills for both individual and group interactions. • Experience selling services and intangible solutions. • Familiarity with established sales methodologies and best practices.
