W2 Role : React Native Lead

Mandatory skills: React Native, React, TypeScript

Role and Responsibilities:

• Advanced React & React Native development using TypeScript, building reusable, performant UI components across web and mobile.
• Strong front-end and full-stack architecture skills grounded in OOP, clean code, and separation of concerns.
• Experience managing and scaling monorepos (Turborepo /Nx), including shared libraries, task pipelines, and dependency boundaries.
• Proficient state management with MobX, designing predictable, maintainable application state.
• Type-safe, scalable styling using vanilla-extract, including theming and design tokens.
• Testing expertise with Jest, covering unit and integration tests with a quality-first mindset.
• Package and dependency management using npm & pnpm, including workspace configuration and version hygiene.
• Strong Git & GitHub workflows, including PR reviews, branching strategies, and CI collaboration in large teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship by setting engineering standards, reviewing architecture, and guiding development teams.
• Focus on performance, maintainability, and developer experience across the stack while driving scalable, high-quality solutions.
