The Intro

Due to strong commercial performance and business growth, we have recently identified several new roles inour head office teamto strengthen our operations.

The Systems and Project lead is one of these key roles, who will champion driving business improvement and effectiveness through the review and implementation of bothnew and improved systems.

The lead will form a key part of Clublinks Operational Excellence team, andprovide ownership of a range ofbusiness systems, digital tools, process improvement and strategic project delivery.

More about the role

Reporting to our Head of Operational Excellence, this hands on role will facilitate key system reviews and implement new systems across the business. The first key project to be achieved will be the implementation of a new Point of Sale (POS)system across our Golf venuesnationally.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Being the product expert, and key contact for the organisation on key business systems
• Leading technology and business application project roll out and support
• Leading the collection, organisation, capture and reporting of key business data to ensure it is accurate and accessible for the business- i.e. Financial, KPI, Customer, P&C, WHS
• Reviewing key business IT systems with the intention to identify opportunities, areas for improvement, streamline processes and maximise efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Championing, supporting and driving the integration of AI and emerging technologies into business processes to provide process optimisation and drive measurable efficiency gains.
• Planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering projects that achieve agreed objectives, timelines and deliverables.
• Training, and supporting and guiding staff across the business through the successful implementation and adoption of new systems.
• Supporting the business to ensure implementation of our Standard Operating Environment across IT, systems and digital platforms.

Other skills and experience we are looking for are:

• Project management certification and/or equivalent workplace experience
• Proven experience in IT or systems leadership
• Continuous improvement focus
• Strong communicator and influencer
• Ability to travel interstate for periods of time for key project implementation phases
• Proven ability to work and perform in a high paced, active environment
• Collaborative and adaptable approach to multi levels of the business
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• A proven track record of results
