The Role

• Ensure an outstanding shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Support the efficient management of workflows and team training as a deputy to the First Sales Associate.
• Handle all tasks within the sales floor and warehouse.
• Manage incoming goods, including stocking and checking expiry dates.
• Replenish and manage fresh produce and baked goods, ensuring quality.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with warehouse and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant professional experience/aptitude as a career changer.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoyment in customer interaction.
• Eagerness to work diligently and efficiently.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
