The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio and execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Utilize digital tools and data-driven insights to create opportunities, develop strategies, and allocate resources for enhanced sales execution. • Deliver compelling messages to customers, effectively probe needs, handle objections, and close calls with actionable commitments. • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships based on customer needs and organizational goals. • Gather market trends, map account dynamics, and apply therapeutic knowledge to identify and prioritize opportunities. • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience. • Ability to score highly on disease and product training exams and be certified annually. • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and outstanding communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use sales data reporting tools. • Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. • Ability to comply with industry-standard credentialing requirements.
