Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Experience: 6 Months - 3 Years

Compensation: 12-15 LPA

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

The ROLE

As a Finance Associate, you will work closely with the Finance leadership, cross-functional teams, and outsourced finance partners to strengthen financial operations, improve reporting, optimize costs, and support strategic business decisions.

This role provides exposure to Controllership, Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Investor Reporting, and Process Improvement, making it an excellent opportunity for finance professionals looking to accelerate their careers.


Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations & Controllership

  • Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Revenue Assurance, and controllership activities.
  • Coordinate with outsourced finance partners to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.
  • Strengthen financial controls and improve operational efficiency.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, management dashboards, and investor reports.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.

Cost Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs across logistics, procurement, technology, and indirect spending.
  • Work with business stakeholders to implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency.

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with Operations, Business, Legal, and Compliance teams to support business initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions.

Process Improvement

  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance finance operations.
  • Recommend best practices to improve reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • semi qualified CA
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in Auditing, Controllership, FP&A, Business Finance, or Financial Operations.
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 firm or a high-growth technology/startup organization is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and take ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
