We're partnering with a major UK organisation that is investing heavily in its digital future. With a large, complex procurement operation and an ambitious technology roadmap, they're looking for an experienced Procurement Systems Lead to take ownership of their procurement applications landscape and play a pivotal role in its ongoing evolution.

If you've successfully led and enhanced Coupa within a large enterprise environment and enjoy sitting at the intersection of Procurement and Technology, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.

The Opportunity

You'll lead the team responsible for the support, optimisation and future development of a critical procurement technology estate, ensuring the platform continues to deliver maximum value to the business.

Working alongside Procurement, IT, Architecture and external partners, you'll drive enhancements, integrations and system improvements whilst leading a high-performing applications team.

This is a highly visible role where you'll influence technology strategy, improve business processes and shape the future of enterprise procurement systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a specialist Procurement Applications team.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement applications, with Coupa at the heart of the landscape.
• Deliver system upgrades, enhancements and transformation initiatives.
• Drive integrations between Coupa and wider enterprise platforms including ERP, HR and Asset Management systems.
• Ensure robust application support, governance, security and service performance.
• Manage third-party suppliers and technology partners.
• Collaborate across Technology, Procurement and Change teams to deliver business-critical projects.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practice across procurement technology.

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience administering, supporting or leading a Coupa platform within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement technology.
• Experience integrating Coupa with SAP or other enterprise ERP platforms.
• Proven track record leading application support or enterprise systems teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Experience delivering technology change within Agile environments.

Highly Desirable

• Experience across Coupa Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• SAP SRM, S/4HANA or equivalent ERP experience.
• ITIL Foundation.
