Inside Sales Manager

PURE HomeRiver seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team driving leasing and property management growth. In this role, you'll manage inbound and outbound sales activities, optimize CRM-driven workflows, and convert owner and resident leads across multiple markets. You will coach reps, refine scripts, track KPIs, and collaborate with marketing and operations to align campaigns with local demand. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an inside sales team focused on leasing and property management services
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow unit count and revenue across target markets
• Manage inbound leads, outbound calling campaigns, and CRM processes to maximize conversions
• Partner with marketing and operations to align outreach with local market needs and portfolio goals
• Track KPIs, forecast pipeline, and report performance to leadership
• Implement sales training, scripts, and best practices to improve consistency and close rates
• Ensure high levels of customer service for property owners and prospective residents
• Use technology-enabled tools and platforms to streamline sales workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine offerings and improve the resident and owner experience
• Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant real estate regulations
