Job Description

Client Relationship Developmentand Management

Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders Managing stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the project. Continuously support the development of our service offering and valueproposition for the T&C Technology team. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the business to extract requiredknowledge

Must Have:

  • Extensive Implementation / Support experience in SAP SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral, Talent Management and Development.
  • Extensive Data experience in SAP SF and HR IT, People Operations.
  • Good working knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Module and EmployeeCentre
  • Moderate experience as a Human Resource business user, or another HR role.
  • At least 3 implementations of SAP SuccessFactors working as a Talent Management(Performance and goals, Succession and Learning and Development) leadfunctional consultant.
  • Understanding of the unified SuccessFactors solution and the touch points withother SF modules (e.g. Learning, Talent, Recruiting etc.).
  • Experience in all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation/ContinuousImprovement including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functionaldesign development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
  • Experience on working with stakeholders on requirements and business processdefinition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support
  • Ability to document and present solutions using various methods (people facing,presentations, and demos)
  • Knowledge of HR business process design and development
  • Previous consulting experience working with global companies / Exposure toInternal project work
  • Good analytical skills to help our stakeholders to find best solutions fortheir business requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication
  • Able to work under pressure without any supervision, and a good team player
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solvingenvironment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Planning and coordinating of own and/or team's work activities to meetcommitments and quality expectations.
  • Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, listening)
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of HCM concepts and HR processes
  • Employee experience mindset and human centred design principles
