The Role • Lead and inspire the hospital's inpatient and outpatient growth strategies. • Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth. • Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team. • Monitor critical numbers and progress towards strategic goals. • Oversee marketing operations, admission processes, and reimbursement systems. • Identify new opportunities and collaborate on product line development. What You'll Need • Proven track record in leading, managing, or direct sales and marketing, preferably in a healthcare environment. • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare setting. • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. • Understanding of operational and financial metrics within a healthcare context. • Familiarity with physician relations, case management, and managed care. • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
