Role: Rating Specialist / Technical Lead
Location: San Antonio, TX

Mode of hire: 6 months C2H (candidate consent will be requested on need)

Must‑Have Skills

·         8-10 years of overall experience with pricing or rating platforms

·         Strong hands-on experience with Earnix Rating platform for P&C pricing/rating

·         Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform

·         Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks (KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts)

·         Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation

Preferred Skills

·         Strong data validation and premium reconciliation experience

·         Experience defining platform operating models and decision cadence
