Role: Product Owner (Longview Trading System Experience)

Location: New York City, NY / Hybrid(3-4 days in a week)

Job Description:

• Owned the product roadmap for the LongView Trading System (LVTS), aligning trading, portfolio management, compliance, and operations requirements with strategic business objectives.
• Collaborated with portfolio managers, traders, compliance, and technology teams to gather requirements and translate them into prioritized user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.
• Managed the product backlog by prioritizing enhancements related to order management, trade execution, portfolio rebalancing, compliance monitoring, and FIX connectivity to maximize business value.
• Worked closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver new LongView Trading System capabilities, ensuring platform stability, performance, and seamless integration with downstream investment and accounting systems.
• Defined business requirements for trade lifecycle processes, including order creation, allocation, execution, settlement, reconciliation, and post-trade reporting across multiple asset classes.
• Partnered with compliance and risk teams to implement pre-trade and post-trade compliance rules, audit controls, and regulatory reporting within the LongView Trading System.
• Led sprint planning, backlog refinement, user acceptance testing (UAT), release planning, and stakeholder demonstrations, ensuring successful product releases with minimal operational disruption.
• Monitored production issues, analyzed business impact, prioritized defect resolution, and drove continuous improvements to trading workflows, execution quality, and operational efficiency.
